Introduction
At Grupo Alsa, we are committed to universal digital accessibility, working continuously to ensure that our digital assets can be used by everyone, regardless of their abilities, age, or personal circumstances.
Our Accessibility Statement is based on the harmonised European technical standard EN 301 549 in its latest version, which is the European digital accessibility standard approved by the European Commission. This standard defines accessibility requirements for technological products and services.
The scope of this statement covers the web digital asset https://busnautic.es, excluding embedded content from external domains. However, Grupo Alsa and its external vendors maintain an active commitment to improving the accessibility of external content integrated into its digital asset, aiming to ensure an experience that is as inclusive as possible.
Our goal is to carry out continuous monitoring and remediation of potential digital accessibility barriers, in order to provide an inclusive and obstacle-free experience for all users.
Beyond regulatory compliance, Grupo Alsa aspires to exceed legal requirements regarding digital accessibility. Our commitment is to achieve the highest accessibility standards, aiming to meet Level AAA criteria, continuously enhance the usability of our digital products, and obtain certifications that endorse our excellence in accessibility.
To achieve this goal, we have implemented an integral digital accessibility service (S.I.A.), which deploys comprehensive corrective measures: specialized training for our teams, ongoing accessibility evaluation and improvement systems, and proactive actions across both our websites and mobile applications, with the ultimate purpose of ensuring a truly universal and inclusive digital experience.
Adopted Criteria
Grupo Alsa follows the EN 301 549 standard to ensure the digital accessibility of its digital assets. Some of the ongoing improvement actions to enhance content accessibility include:
(9.1.1.1) A thorough review of all meaningful images is being conducted to ensure they have appropriate alternative text (alt), ensuring that visual information is also accessible to people with visual impairments.
(9.1.3.1) The markup of pages is being reviewed so that information, structure, and visual relationships are programmatically determined and interpretable by assistive technologies.
(9.1.4.1) Additional visual cues such as underlines, icons, or explanatory text are being added to prevent color from being the sole means of conveying information.
(9.1.4.3) Automated and manual tools are being used to verify that the contrast between text and background meets the minimum requirements established to ensure readability.
(9.1.4.4) It is being verified that content can be magnified up to 200% using standard browser functions without loss of functionality or truncation of information.
(9.1.4.11) The contrast of user interface components and graphical objects against adjacent colors is being reviewed to ensure they are clearly perceived.
(9.2.4.4) Link text wording is being reinforced to make links more descriptive on their own and understandable without requiring additional context.
(9.2.5.3) The accessible name of each control is being aligned with its accompanying visible label, benefiting users who navigate via voice control.
(9.3.1.1) The site's primary language is being validated in the code to ensure it is correctly defined, facilitating its processing by assistive technologies.
(9.4.1.2) Work is underway to improve the semantic accessibility of all custom components, ensuring they properly convey their role, state, and value to assistive technologies.
